PRIMARY DUTIES
Oversee the preparation and issuance of Consumer Products & International Royalty statements and checks as well as profit participation statements for talent and producers:
Royalty Statements
• Ensure that all data required to prepare quarterly statements is reconciled and received
timely for upload/input to royalty system.
• Review all royalty statements prior to payment and ensure that they are prepared and
mailed according to their contractual terms.
Royalty System
• Manage enhancements and maintenance of the Royalty System
• Work with staff accountant and IT to evaluate and implement enhancements and
improvements to the royalty system.
• Ensure that new business needs can be handled by the royalty system.
Customer Service
• Act as primary liaison for royalty matters with both internal and externals clients.
• Ensure that internal clients business needs are met and that external clients issues and
questions are resolved timely and professionally.
Accounting and reporting
