PRIMARY DUTIES
The main responsibilities are contract administration and billing as well as recordkeeping of all licensing deals for AETN. This position handles all Consumer Products, International, Digital Media and Domestic Syndication Deals.
? Revenue Recognition in accordance with GAAP
? Contract Administration on All Contracts to review payment terms, frequency of billing and license term beginning and end dates.
? Work closely with Accounts Receivable group to Follow up on Statements and Royalties due to AETN
? Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Aging to General Ledger Accounts
? Monthly Billing and General Ledger Recording of all licensing in the International Division, Consumer Products, Digital Media and Domestic Syndication Departments.
? Interacting with Programming and Production group to ensure that royalties are getting paid on all pertinent licensing deals.
? Work with IT Department to develop system to track revenues on a title by title basis.
