Job Description and Qualifications Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for a Site Supervisor at its production facility in Kingsport, Tennessee.
The Kingsport facility comprises of three air separation plants supporting on site tonnage and merchant gas businesses. The facility also supports several remote generated gas sites. These remote sites include VSAs, standard N2, standard O2, LIN assist, membrane, and PSA. The production site works closely with a nearby distribution terminal and a vehicle garage. The combined staff of nearly 40 employees includes operations, maintenance, driver and administrative personnel. Liquid oxygen and nitrogen products are manufactured and delivered to a customer base in and around the Kingsport area. Liquid crude argon is also produced and taken to other Air Products facilities for purification.
