Performance Profile:
A Senior SystemEngineer, Level III, analyzes system requirements in response to business requirements, risks, and costs by evaluating requirement definitions, analysis, traceability, verification and documentation.
Evaluate, select, verify, and validate system development and design, modeling and architecture.
Monitor and evaluate performance of the systems environment to assess reliability, maintainability and lifecycle requirements.
Evaluate new systems engineering technologies and their effect on the operating environment, workflow and system integration.
Ensure information assurance security policies, principles, and practices are an integral element of the operating environment.
Position-specific Requirements:
3 to 5+ years experience with the Capability Maturity Model Integration, IEEE System Engineering and Life Cycle standards, Electronic Industry Alliance (EIA) 632, International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) System Engineering Handbook, Department of Defense (DoD) 5000 series, NIST SP 800-53, and FIPS PUBs 199 and 200 are required to assess technical projects through the system development life...
