Performance Profile:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and direction of consulting projectfor lending, leasing and/or mortgage clients. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a client base, managing client relationships, building and mentoring project teams.
• May assist the business development team with writing and presenting proposals for large or complex projects
• May assume a leadership role for a specific technology or process.
• Manages overall relationships with some clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide technical expertise and project direction.
• Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff.
• Day to day responsibilities include: project planning and management, resource allocation and vendor management.
