The successful candidate should have solid consulting experience who has a client-service perspective, is technically strong, has a network of client contacts and possesses exceptional communication skills (verbal and written). In this challenging position you will function as a Client Service Manager on projects that involve water treatment-related issues for our municipal clients. You will lead business development for municipal water clients and lead engineering projects, such as studies, design, and construction management. Presentations to clients and other entities will be part of this position. You will lead the negotiation of work scopes with clients; and direct and support engineering staff.
