Helpdesk level 2 and level 3 support

Specific Duties:

â?¢ Customer service
â?¢ Troubleshooting skills, debugs, and assists in correcting equipment and software problems
â?¢ Could be tasked to generate system documentation (Users Manuals, system orientation briefings, etc.) used to convey system capabilities to end users.

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics or equivalent experience is required.

Additional Requirements:

â?¢ Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
â?¢ Basic knowledge of sharepoint
â?¢ Windows XP
â?¢ Microsoft Office
â?¢ Adobe Professional
â?¢ Visio skills
â?¢ Microsoft Project
â?¢ Ability to assist in creating training documents
â?¢ Basic Remedy familiarity
â?¢ Customer focused
â?¢ Pass background
â?¢ Excellent verbal and writing skills
â?¢ Strong problem solving skills
