This position is responsible for managing and directing all security operations at a hotel property. Specifically, the incumbent is responsible for the following security responsibilities: maintaining the physical and technical security systems of the property, including the Fire and Life Safety systems; Emergency Planning and Crisis Response incident planning; organizing and directing specialized security support for meetings and events on the property; managing and directing the Guarding Operations for the property, management of Security Capital Expenditures and the annual operating budget for the department, local coordination of Homeland Security defense initiatives; all law enforcement liaison for the property (local, state and federal), and Security Awareness programs and security training for employees and security staff.  Under the general guidance and direction of the Global Security department, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized and environmentally tailored physical and technical security measures, and bespoke security support and training programs for the property.  This position will serve as a security advisor to the General...
