Billing Resolution Support provides phone and online billing support to assist agencies and customers with billing related problems for all operating states and lines of business to include Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Farm/Ranch, Life and Health. Completes work task management referrals and calls within established time frames, including the necessary documentation. Responses are consistent, accurate, and timely. Possesses effective communication and customer service skills. Acquires a working knowledge gained through 6-12 months of intensive training of multiple billing systems, processing systems, business rules, processes and procedures to spontaneously resolve problems in a completely unscripted contact center environment.
