Position Purpose:

Provide administrative report to Sr. Director and Manager of department. Responsibilities include supply management, personnel attendance tracking, daily bookkeeping for Grand Vacations Title, report production and a variety of other administrative duties that support the department.

Essential Functions:

* Assist with documentation of department process flows, policies & procedures. Keep information up to date and organized.
* Provide daily administrative support as necessary for both Sr. Director and Manger of departments including preparation of presentation books, travel & expense coordination, filing, and any other duties required.
* Input deposits and maintain daily bookkeeping related to Grand Vacations Title.
* Keep timesheets, schedule of vacations and other attendance related information for department of 15+ staff. Organize and maintain department supplies. Order as necessary and in keeping with department budget.
* Manage teleconferences for various sited and corporate staff.
