Director of MBA Programs This position is responsible for developing and managing graduate business programs on the main campus of American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts. * Two existing degree programs - MBA and MSAT (Accounting and Taxation). These two programs are well established and offer a curriculum composed of required core plus electives to approximately 125 students. They are delivered entirely in a classroom setting on the traditional academic schedule (fall, spring, and summer semesters). * The new Individualized Master of Business Administration (i-MBA) program launched in April of 2008. The i-MBA uses a unique Adaptive Learning Technology to deliver course content in a format that addresses the learning style and needs of each individual student.
