Coordinator of Annual Giving & Advancement Services Reporting to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Coordinator of Annual Giving & Advancement Services is responsible for leading the following activities: Annual Giving (Alumni, Parents, Staff, Businesses & Senior Class) and Advancement Services (Donor Relations, Research, Gift Processing and Financial Reporting). He/She will supervise the Phonathon and Advancement Services staff. The Coordinator of Annual Giving & Advancement Services will be responsible for: * Providing leadership in formulating effective goals, objectives, strategies, and activities for a comprehensive program to secure annual gifts * Managing the work related to the annual fund direct mail and phonathon efforts, electronic mail solicitations and the annual giving web page * Managing annual fund stewardship and gift acknowledgment processes * Developing and implementing programs seeking the support of parents, businesses and other friends of the College * Working with the Office of Marketing to write and produce fundraising materials, donor correspondence and other communications * Overseeing the effective use of Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge...
