PRIMARY DUTIES
Manage fulfillment of content distribution from order through delivery for all international division clients, including channels, syndicated and digital media sales.

•Manage redesigned fulfillment of content distribution from order through delivery for all international clients, including JV’s, affiliates, syndicated and digital media sales.
•Content distribution applies to all long and short forms, including HD and SD tapes, file-based digital delivery.
•Serve as ‘super user’ for design and implementation of new fulfillment software.
•Liaise with production department on asset deliverables, sales agents and legal on client technical specifications.
•Oversee new and existing vendor relationships and insure maximum quality control.
•Negotiate best rates for and maintain flow of fulfillment activities and assets among all outside vendors.
•Design tracking systems to maintain updated list of all AETN-I assets, including foreign language tracks.
•Assist in budget projections and manage invoice processing for fulfillment related activities
