EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, HISTORY TELEVISION PRODUCTIONS (HTV)

Overview:

Responsible for the development and production of on-site exhibit films, digital media projects and long-form programs/series that enhance AETN revenue streams and support marketing initiatives. Works with on-site producers and external production companies to ensure AETN brand integrity, creative ideals and high level of academic scholarship. Represents AETN in relationships with strategic corporate outreach partners (e.g. Smithsonian, NASA, Historic Mount Vernon). Provides leadership and motivates creative, technical and administrative personnel to meet high expectations.

Primary Responsiblities:

• Partner with Corporate Outreach and Institutional clients to evaluate project and editorial goals. Build creative and execution strategy based on events and exhibit openings.
• Partner with Executives in Programming, International, Ad Sales and Digital Media to evaluate project and editorial goals. Build creative and execution strategy.
• Develop production plan, including budgets, schedules and exhibition requirements.
• Work with VP, CD&P to identify best deployment of in-house staff, space and resources.
