The Inside Client Relations Agent receives and records all client cancellation inquiries and requests, coordinates with outside field team to pass these requests. The primary objective of this position is to reduce the customer cancellation rate and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:
· Respond to inbound client inquiries, calls, letters, faxes, and emails. · Resolve level 1 client issues, handoff to CRR level 2 client issues. Required daily communication with field CRR's on all level 2 issues. · Process client site closures to clients expectations. · Interact between various Muzak departments to resolve level 1 issues. · Send correspondence to client as needed by the CRR. · Assisting the CRR to manage a Regional Client base. Responsible for all aspects of Client Retention and Client Satisfaction. · Maintain/assist with all required client records.
