Assembles, operates, adjusts, services and maintains all filling & assembly equipment in the company facilities with direction from immediate Manager, Supervisor, Mechanic A, B, C or Group Leader.

·          Must be able to develop skills to meet required change over standards as determined by OEE studies.

·          Responsible for the complete set-up of filling and assembly equipment on assigned production line.

·          Cleaning and sanitization of tooling and equipment per SPI and maintain logbook.

·          Must be able to run and maintain filling equipment in a safe, efficient manner and assist in quality production per the RPPS.

·          Responsible for MU (Material Usage) to keep scrap levels at or below allowable standards.

·          Ability to change and adjust process equipment; filling heads, capper torque check weigher, labelers, pumps and additional ancillary equipment.

·          Load components into hoppers or bins during initial set up and assist line service if required to keep filling lines running.

·          Assists in training and coaching of mechanic D and process facilitators.

·          Must be able to respond to job assignments plant...
