The Design Alliance Architects is currently seeking a qualified professional for a full-time Project Manager position. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience at an architectural firm, with a focus on architectural design, custom detailing, building material research and construction administration.
Responsibilities The Project Managerâ??s role is to ensure the delivery of the highest quality design services within the budget and schedule. This role encompasses the functions of planning, organizing, directing, leading and managing. As the coordinator of all project activities, the Project Manager forms the center around which our design services are delivered.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Client Service: â?¢ Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client. Build and maintain the clientâ??s confidence and trust.
