We have an immediate opening for a project architect having the responsibility of developing & designing projects through construction documents and coordination of construction administration.

Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a degree in architecture from an accredited program and must be a Registered Architect. Must have experience and skills in conceptual design, development of contract documents, specification development, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Applicant should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience working on both design build and bid projects a plus.

Applicant should be self motivated & a team player with the ability to interface with consultants, clients, and vendors.

A minimum of 5 years professional experience...
