â?¢ Performs work on basic segments of a project. â?¢ Assists in preparation of design and construction documents and solutions to general and engineering problems. â?¢ Checks and coordinates details and dimensions. Performs basic drafting work. â?¢ Computes and compiles structural engineering data from prescribed sources. â?¢ Organize own work efforts and the efforts of the team â?¢ Provides independent general drafting work relating to more complicated areas of the project. â?¢ Reviews shop drawings, materials and sample submittals for general conformance with the structural engineering design concept.
