The Design Alliance Architects is currently seeking a qualified professional for a full-time Project Architect position. The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience at an architectural firm, with a focus on architectural design, custom detailing, building material research and construction administration.

Responsibilities The Project Architectâ??s responsibility is to ensure the highest quality design and technical expertise within the budget and schedule. The Project Architect retains the responsibility for determining project design and technical decisions. The Project Architect is accountable to the Project Manager and the Principal-in-Charge.

Client Service: â?¢ Develop a design responsible for meeting the clientâ??s needs. Establish the overall design concept with the team. Assist Project Manager in communicating design concept with the client in a timely manner. â?¢ Prepare for and participate in client design presentations. â?¢ Assist the Project Manager with the Design Intent Statement for the clientâ??s review.
