In support of training activities, the trainer must be able to write Training Plans and Training Requirements documents. The trainer will work with the government client to prepare and present training materials such as reference guides, job aids, PowerPoint presentations, software demos. The trainer will work with the Government client and the Passport Webmaster/Share Point administrator to update and maintain a training website/Share Point devoted to the support of ongoing and recent training activities. Specific Duties:
The trainer may need to provide hands-on training to Helpdesk and Passport field personnel. Such tasks may include analyzing and incorporating training related technology, conducting studies to determine training requirements, teaching, supervising or administering a training program, development or review of training materials, or work that required training or instructing others on a regular basis.
The trainer may travel extensively to include long or extended duration trips (25-50% travel) to various domestic passport agencies, centers or locations as directed by the DOS Training Manager.
