The Program Manager is responsible for overall management of all actions pertaining to the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (DHS/USCIS) Service Center Operations Support Services (SCOSS) contract, to include management of two remote facilities and 1,000+ employees processing immigrant applications and petitions. General responsibilities include but are not limited to facilitating effective recruiting/staffing, monitoring productivity and quality assurance, cost/budget management, and serving as the primary liaison to the Government and other contract team members.
