Provides full-time dedicated staff augmentation support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Deputy for Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) test, Integration, and Fielding (MDA DT/DF) in Huntsville Alabama. Assists Government leaders in executing program management functions on major DoD acquisitions; developing and maintaining policy, processes, plans, and schedules; generating concepts and developing them into innovative, effective solution recommendations; analyzing and assessing complex programs and problems to identify potential opportunities or disconnects; monitoring effective application of policy, processes, and plans. Candidates will advise senior Government officials on matters related to program management, operations and BMDS Block Integration. Candidate's primary duty will be as a BMDS System Integration Manager. The Integration manager is responsible for coordination and collaboration between the elements, functionals and the warfighter representatives on all Change Packages that affect the BMDS.
