The Assessment Program at AIR is a well regarded organization that is growing rapidly. We focus on providing our clients with customized assessments that not only measure student achievement against state standards, but also provide meaningful score reports that can help students, parents, and educators address any areas of student weakness. The growth in AIR's Education Assessment Program has fueled the need for a new Test Development Assistant to support our English Language Arts team.

The English Language Arts (ELA) Content Team is responsible for the creation of all ELA test materials, products, and services for the Assessment Division of the American Institutes for Research (AIR). The Division works with a number of state agencies and consortiums to meet their educational measurement, professional development, and public outreach needs. Current clients include the Ohio, Hawaii, New Mexico, and South Carolina Departments of Education, as well as the Chicago Public School district.
