The American Hospital Association (AHA) is the national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. We are currently seeking a Sr. Field Representative in our AHA Solutions group.
Business Purpose
Develops C- Suite relationships with hospitals and healthcare leaders through personal contact at special events, educational activities, and other informational meetings. Conducts needs assessments to determine the existing deficiency and, through communication with the Solutions Directors, recommend the appropriate solution. Serves as a resource to AHA members on health care information issues through a consultative sales approach.
* Essential Functions
Provides on-going communication with hospital executives through face-to-face meetings, letters, phone calls, and other direct contact to build relationships, identify areas of improvement and operational effectiveness for the client; communicates client requirements to the Account Managers; coordinates the presentation of possible solutions to the client; and assesses client satisfaction with the results.
