We're looking for a customer service administrator to support our warehouse in Denver, CO.  The warehouse supports a very busy sales office at the same location.  Key responsibilities include…

·         Tracking sales orders through mainframe system

·         Following up on customer service center correspondence

·         Billing shipped orders within 24 hours of shipment, including gathering any necessary information

·         Assisting will-call customers, which may include picking/packing of orders when necessary and assisting with loading of customer's vehicle

·         Ordering and maintaining office supplies, warehouse supplies and other general administration work (filing, processing mail, etc.)

·         Assist sales with resolution of problems with orders

The position requires the ability to interact professionally with salespeople and customers, experience using Microsoft Office software, and the ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.  Warehouse experience is a plus.
