Cisco is seeking a Business Operations Manager within the Customer Service & Support Organization (CSSO) to support the Customer Service Global Operations leadership team as we execute against our FY09 Initiatives and develop the strategy to provide Great Service Every Time.
The responsibilities include the following:
? Represent the Global Operations in cross-theater and cross functional decision making.
? Plan and execute monthly as well as quarterly Operations Reviews.
