We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist for the AIG Global Services division of AIG Operations and Systems located in our Houston Office. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of HR activities in a true generalist role to include; employee relations, staffing, learning and development, HR communications and benefits and compensation. You will be expected to partner with our business clients and be part of the HR team. This one person HR Department reports to Livingston, New Jersey HR and will be responsible for all paper flow.

A minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience is required with at least 2 years of recruitment experience. Candidates must be detail oriented, extremely organized, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. You must be able to remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced, evolving environment with the capability of working independently while remaining a team player.
