Executive Administrative Assistant · Woodland Hills, CA
This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President & Sr. Managing Director of Sales for SunAmerica Retirement Markets.
Responsibilities • Provide administrative support, including: o Coordination of travel o Arrange meetings, reserve conference rooms, order refreshments o Order supplies and other items as needed o Submit expense reimbursement requests o Manage the EVP’s calendar and daily schedule o Proof read letters and other documents o Keep files current and organized o Facilitate completion of administrative reports and documents o Provide administrative support to business units as requested to accomplish sales goals
• Provide budget support, including: o Creation and submission of payment requests
• Provide management support, including: o Run, create reports to support current or future sales initiatives o Provide administrative support to management team as needed o Other research as requested
