AIU has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in our downtown NYC offices!
The position will be responsible for:
*Arranging and coordinating extensive domestic and international travel arrangements including train, airline, hotel and visa requirements.
*Preparing and processing all travel expenses using internal systems.
*Preparing and processing salary reimbursement as needed.
*Preparing and distributing correspondence for the training and recruiting team .
*Providing administrative support to the training and recruiting team including report creation and tracking .
*Providing project management support for all logistics supporting training programs delivered in NY .
*Receiving, placing, directing all telephone inquires for the training and recruiting team . Arrange conference calls, video conferences with multiple domestic and international locations . Coordinating and scheduling appointments, multi-party meetings/interviews .
*Tracking and maintaining budget for Professional Associate program.
