Recruiter - East Coast · Atlanta, GA
This position is responsible for developing and promoting recruiting programs to hire new branch managers as well as new representatives for existing offices throughout the East Coast. Manages all aspects of recruiting registered representatives to the firm as well manage the daily operations of the FSC recruiting department. Will assist Senior Vice President in planning strategies, advertising and other promotional campaigns to meet department objectives:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Prospects and qualifies potential Manager quality recruits. •Develops a process for prospecting, developing, and closing MEs/Registered Reps. •Evaluates potential ME’s practices. •Reviews NASD and credit history of prospects. •Travels to potential MEs’ offices for on-site meetings. •Responsible for regional budget •Answers prospective recruit’s questions and concerns regarding Royal Alliance. • May manage Junior Recruiter and the internal recruiting associate
