Web Hosting Engineer · Alpharetta, GA
• Maintain and support Equifax J2EE Web Hosting environments.
• Provide ongoing 24/7 operations pager support of Equifax Web Hosting environments.
• Manage application deployments throughout SDLC process on regular basis.
• Monitor and report on health of Web Hosting environment on a regular basis.
• Provide first level operations support during problem situations.
• Co-ordinate and manage Web Hosting operational change requests.
Position Requirements
• Must have IT UNIX operations experience with J2EE web hosted solutions (3+ years).
• Must have solid Solaris administration skills (3+ years).
• Must have strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
• Preferred strong skills with Solaris 10 zone technology.
• Preferred experience with Sun Java Enterprise Systems suite (3+ years).
• Preferred experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (3+ years).
• Preferred familiarity with emerging network, systems and storage infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems management/monitoring tools from IBM (Tivoli) and CA (Unicenter).
