* Comply with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to quality of product, employee and donor safety and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities.
* Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on the Auto-C machines.
* Operate, maintain, and perform trouble-shooting of Auto-C plasmapheresis machines within scope of training
* Maintain and calibrate equipment
* Committed to meet customer service expectations, greet and acknowledge donors as they are assigned to donation area and after they complete donation process
