Production Technician III · Mountain Home, AR
* Have strong communication skills, both verbally, written and interpersonal relations.
* Have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and is a team player.
* Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedure, Specifications.
* Bill of Material systems and Good Documentation Practices.
* Have working knowledge of SPC and JIT.
* Needs to be self – motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision and have a hands on approach to getting the job done.
* Help ensure area is in QSR condition.
* Have good mechanical/electrical knowledge and proven ability to troubleshoot equipment/processing problems.
* Ability to train new operators in production process.
* Willingness to work overtime when required.
* Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
* Advanced knowledge of personal computers and AS400.
* Technical ability to work on equipment and other special assignments.
* Aid and assist in troubleshooting equipment problems.
* Have knowledge of electronics, pneumatics hydraulics and automated equipment.
