Abbott’s Management Development Program is a rotational program that guides candidates through various functional areas, businesses and locations.
The MDP program is a three-year development program that is intended to prepare participants for a career in commercial and/or general management within Abbott. Through a series of hands-on, developmental assignments, candidates gain broad perspective and experience in core commercial functions, as well as exposure to other functions, such as R&D, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and others.
