Responsible for delivering full life cycle recruiting for all levels of staff across multiple sites through the utilization of traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies. Aggressively recruit for well-qualified candidates from a variety of sources. Requires skills and experience in building strong and collaborative relationships with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective approach to attracting top talent across a broad range of technical and administrative disciplines. Pre-screens resumes, pre-interviews candidates by phone, sets up interview schedules, pre-sells SPARTA to promising candidates using well developed candidate relationship management skills. May coordinate college recruiting for co-ops, interns, summer hires and new graduates.
