We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner with a generalist background and a demonstrated record of success and career progression in a fast paced, high tech work environment. The Broadcom culture requires an assertive and flexible individual that is proactive in communications and able to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company. There is a heavy emphasis on organizational development projects. Individuals having substantial experience assessing organizational needs and developing and implementing programs to meet those needs are strongly preferred.
