Performs and supervises preventive maintenance schedules. Assists in computing costs, scheduling and expediting operations and repairs, assists with emergency and major repair jobs, and inspects building and grounds. Assists in ordering equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

High school graduate with both practical experience and / or college coursework in such fields as stationary engineering, building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical wiring, HVAC (Chillers) and boiler systems required.

*Knowledge in Building Automation Controls

*Knowledge in Fire Alarm Controls

*DX Unit Experience

Minimum of five years previous experience in Plant Operations.
