Salary: $4,373.00 to $6,238.00 per month

Major Duties:
The incumbent will develop and expand various programs and initiatives in the area of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) training that meet market demands on regional, national and international levels. The incumbent will be responsible for curriculum design, and material selection and development. The incumbent will monitor programs implementation, develop and evaluate student assessment tools, and provide necessary training for TESOL instructors as well as recruitment and evaluation. The incumbent will work in close cooperation with CSUSB partners overseas, and with regional and international instructional staff. The incumbent will support to develop and refine monitoring and implementation plans and procedures at multiple sites overseas. The incumbent will conduct site visits for program and instructor evaluations. The incumbent will prepare reports on program enrollments and budgets.
