Position Information
Full-time, permanent (probationary) position.
Employees who are required to operate motorized vehicles and/or use their personal vehicle more than once a month on University business are required to take a mandatory Defensive Driving course and enroll in the DMV Employer Pull Notice (EPN) Program.
Salary Range
$3,055 - $4,584 mo. Commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience.
Responsibilities
Answer and process routine campus calls, emgergency calls, 9-1-1 calls, and Duress phone calls as directed; obtain critical information in a timely manner to ensure the appropriate response for officer safety. Monitor the University fire alarm system, Access Control system, 9-1-1 system, Alert notification system and other Telecommunications systems. Manage and prioritize multiple incidents while under stress. Handle public complaints, inquires, and requests for service in a courteous and efficient manner.
