Sacramento State seeks a development professional with experience in annual giving to serve as the Director of Annual Giving Programs for the University
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of Annual Giving Programs is responsible for managing a comprehensive annual giving program for the University through telemarketing, direct mail, face-to-face solicitation, and corporate matching gifts. The Director of Annual Giving Programs is responsible for maximizing annual gift support from alumni and friends to the University, its colleges and programs, and for identifying and cultivating donors with potential for major gifts. The Director also has responsibility for the President’s Circle, a major donor club providing support for the President’s priorities. The Director of Annual Giving Programs reports to the Associate Vice President for Development and is a member of the Development Office’s management team.
