Summary
The role of Sales and Marketing Assistant is to provide administrative support for the Sales and Marketing Department.

Duties
Administrative Duties 1.0 Prepare department meeting agenda, prepare and distribute minutes 2.0 Prepare PowerPoint Presentations and reports as necessary 3.0 Forward completed and approved time sheets for the department to Payroll each pay period 4.0 Resale Recap 5.0 SMC Meeting - notification to the Team, make reservations, etc. 6.0 Maintain DRE broker file and renewal information and monitor community representatives license renewal. 7.0 Submit & Maintain DRE branch license log, applications, and cancellations. 8.0 Code and approve FPOs in Perseus including Sales Concessions for Sales Managers 9.0 Process check requests including community representatives personal reimbursements 10.0 Code and approve administrative invoices for VP and Sales Manager and Information Centers (telephone, repairs, etc), and for all Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Model Majors. 11.0 Process and approve HOA dues 12.0 Issue Contracts to all Vendors...
