Business Systems Analyst - Human Resources · Irvine, CA
BASIC FUNCTION:
HR IT Analyst will be a member of the team supporting systems and applications for the Human Resources organization. This employee will work closely with the HR functional specialists, other business analysts, application developers, and various business users on defining, documenting, configuring, testing, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting HR business applications.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with various HR departments to identify key business objectives and to recommend technology solutions. • Systems engineering / business process analysis to understand, define, document and analyze information technology solution requirements for the HR organization. • Act as a liaison between the HR users and the IT team to gather and analyze requirements. • Create functional specifications, execute test plan, UAT and train end-users on process changes. • Work with external vendors and internal development teams, including off-shore resources to create the complete HCM solutions. • Train and support users in the ongoing operation of the systems employed • Provide production support and troubleshooting for issues related to various HR...
