* Able to work at two or more facilities
* Self motivated and able to adapt to a variety of patient care settings
* Provides direct patient care in various departments, may float to different areas according to experience level.
* Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care.
* Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition.
* Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
* Performs general nursing duties
* Participates in performance improvement activities as requested.
* Provides service to age range from neonate to Adult depending on work area.
* PLEASE NOTE OUR NEED RIGHT NOW IS FOR ICU & TELE NURSES WILLING TO WORK BOTH CLINICAL AREAS AND SUPPORT AT LEAST TWO OF OUR FOUR HOSPITALS. DAY + NIGHT SHIFT ARE BOTH AVAILABLE.
Qualifications
Two years recent hospital experience
Current Arizona RN License
Current BLS
Current ACLS, PALS and NRP as required by area
