Our client is a nationwide leader in Systems Integration since 1989, they have designed and delivered premier solutions to customers in various industries.
The Storage (NetApp) engineer will assist sales reps with both pre and post sales opportunities (50% to 50% split, respectively).
You will be involved in all aspects of the service life cycle, including pre-sales pursuit, white boarding, solution development, implementation, transformation, and deep technical support for delivery.
This is a customer-facing role that requires a professional, can-do attitude. You will work across multiple cross-functional teams to develop solutions and solve complex problems.
Typical work will include the following:
• Customer and product compatibility research
• Working with Channel vendors to learn new products
• Onsite POC and implementations
• Maintain certifications and gain additional skill sets • Facilitate long-term customer relationships through the delivery of technical solutions to customer business problems.
