The Vice President of Finance reports to the CFO and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities of finance, financial planning and reimbursement. Also this position serves as the organization?s Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). Ensures that all policies and procedures formulated and recommended by subordinate professional managers are in accordance with the short- and long- term goals and objectives of Columbia St. Mary?s. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire finance and accounting departments. CSM Leadership: Provides leadership to areas of responsibility by developing a vision that is aligned with the mission and vision of the CSM Organization and articulates the vision of the organization to develop a shared purpose of work and a sense of teamwork.
