Job Title: PT

REQUIREMENTS/DESCRIPTION: Minimum qualifications are possession of a B.S. degree in Physical Therapy and licensure or license eligibility in the State of New York. Ability to physically treat an average of 12 inpatients or 15 outpatients per day and complete accurate and legible documentation as per established guidelines. Ability to qualitatively evaluate and treat all age groups and diagnostic categories in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and caretakers regarding anticipated P.T. treatment plan, level of expected patient participation, and expected outcome. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and the medical/ CVPH staff as a member of the Rehabilitation team. Flexibility to work both Inpatient and Outpatient departments. Travel to off-site clinics/locations may be required. Please refer to job description for complete requirements.
