Responsibilities include primarily support for the Information Technology (IT) requirements of the local Regional Vaccine Healthcare Centers Network site. This individual is responsible for hardware and software,network installation of PCs and printers,as well as troubleshooting. The requirements of this position support a wide range of equipment and applications running on a variety of platforms, and include responsibility for diagnosing and resolving problems,in conjunction with the IT office of the hosting facility. Specific duties include: Application of appropriate security measures consistent with approved security standards,training local staff in use of systems and applications, and knowledge of IT concepts and methods in customer organizations.
