We are currently seeking a Supplier Quality Specialist. This position will: Manage, plan, organize, and direct the overall quality activities of Supplier Management (This includes the quality systems that govern Supplier Selection, Supplier Qualification, Material Qualification, Material Certification, and Supplier Evaluation at all US sites); Manage, plan, organize and direct the overall quality activities related to the implementation of Purchased Finished Goods for all US sites; Manage, develop and implement quality programs to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness of the functions as well as budgetary resources necessary to support the goals of the organization while complying with regulatory requirements for all US sites.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain the corporate Supplier Management system for all B. Braun US sites.
- Develop and maintain a corporate PFG implementation system that is compliant with applicable medical device and/or drug regulations for all B. Braun US sites.
- Develop, enhance and implement Quality Systems for all B. Braun US sites.
- Responsible to approve new suppliers of raw materials, components, purchased finished goods, and services.
