Description:
Accountable for associate performance and provision of care within specific environment and shift. Monitor fiscal and budgetary operations and provide support for the vision and direction of specific areas. Responsible for ongoing interface and frequent communication with patients, customers, associates, and management. Effectively manage change, facilitate innovation, foster teambuilding.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
* Current RN Arizona license in applicable discipline
* 3 years related clinical experience, 1 year supervisory
* Team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing, change and conflict management, data analysis, coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business strategy development
* Quality improvement process, related health care practices and standards
* Basic computer skills, personal technology tools, awareness of current use of technology in related field.
Preferred:
* Bachelor (BS, BA) or any related field.
